Rilee Rossouw: I'm not the man of the moment. Superb from the bowlers to restrict them, then our captain was outstanding. His experience helps, he knows how to chase runs down. I was just trying to take a run-a-ball, I was trying to give him the strike because he was hitting them out of the park.

In the end, it's the calm of Sarfraz and the industry of Rossouw that has helped them prevail. At 84 for 4, there was a window of an opportunity for Peshawar to come back, but the manner in which these two shut out risks and ran the target down effortlessly is a lesson for other teams to emulate. Where did Peshawar lose this? Well, it's hard to not look beyond their batting. On a belter of a surface, they should've looked to get closer to 170.
