B. Fry. He played one match in 1905 but as he went into the Indian Army was not seen again until

Against Yorkshire, going in No. 7, he made 64 out of a total of 142, and his analyses included 6 for 81 against Derbyshire, 5 for 63 against Gloucestershire, 9 for 145 in the two innings against Worcestershire, and 5 for. 56 for H. D. G. Leveson-Gower's XI against Oxford University. He played no first-class cricket after 1911. He came of a notable cricketing family, being a brother of W. H. B. Evans and a cousin of A.J.
