C McDonnell

Batsman Charlie Macdonell signed a one-year contract with Derbyshire for 2017 without ever making a first-team appearance. Mcdonell made a Championship debut against Essex in 2016, scoring 21 and 35 not out in the match. He impressed Derbyshire with a century against them for Durham MCCU - part of a summer in which he scored a record number of runs for that University against first-class opposition.
