West Indies A 358 and 198 for 6 (Bonner 70*, Shuvo 3-54) lead Bangladesh A 422 (Mominul 150, Nasir Hossain 134, Gabriel 4-62) by 134 runs

Bangladesh A held the upper hand on the third day at North Sound, as the hosts led only by 134 with four wickets in hand in the second innings. Bangladesh, resuming on 331 for 5, went on to take a first-innings lead of 64. Overnight centurion Nasir Hossain was out for 134 to Nelon Pascal, who finished with 3 for 56. Mithun Ali helped the visitors take the lead with a half-century.

In reply, West Indies A got off to a poor start, losing three wickets for 31. Suhrawadi Shuvo, the left-arm spinner, made early breakthroughs to put the hosts on the back foot. Nkruma Bonner led the recovery and finished unbeaten on 70 with Carlos Brathwaite for company.
