Yuvraj Chaudhary rose to prominence as a hard-hitting opening batter at the Uttarakhand Premier League 2024. He finished as the leading run-scorer with 322 runs at a strike rate of 192.80 with an average of 80.50. He starred in the final, too, scoring 103 runs and picking up two wickets with his left-arm spin, performances that earned him the Player-of-the-Match award.

Chaudhary continued that form into the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2024, where he was Uttarakhand's leading run-getter with 234, including a century, at a strike rate of 168.34. He picked up his T20 best figures of 4 for 15 against Sikkim and then smashed a 26-ball 61 not out in the chase. His all-round abilities made Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) sign him at the mega auction before IPL 2025 for his base price of INR 30 lakh. He celebrated that with a knock of 151 in the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2024-25 against Manipur in Jaipur.
