Bangladesh Cricket Board President, Mr. Saber Hossan Chowdhury has announced the appointment of a two-member committee comprising of BCB Directors Mr. Mahmudul Hoque and Mr. Mobasher Hossain to look into and investigate allegations that the recent CJKS League match between City Corporation and Abahani was "arranged".

Mr. Saber said, "This is a grave allegation and it should be investigated forthwith. The two member committee has been asked to present a detailed report to me within the next seven days and during the course of their inquiry, they will be speaking to officials and players of the two teams, match referee, umpires, CJKS, members of the media present at the match and any one else they consider appropriate".
