Botswana double century secure impressive victory

The Botswana Under 15 team batted first and amassed a total of 404 /3 in their allotted 40 overs. Openers Shabier Elyas and Deelan Ramjee scored 153 from 135 balls and 135 from 82 balls respectively, and comfortably put Botswana in the drivers seat

Nadheeem Tajbhay was the pick of the bowlers with his 5 for 16 in 6 which saw Mozambique crumble at 82 in the 22nd over.
Homeboys, Namibia, had an impressive 251 run victory over Lesotho who could only muster 46 in response to Namibia's 297/6 in 40.
Namibian Batsman Gotlieb Uahengo led from the front with 60 not out and Shaun Ellis backed him up with 41 runs.
For Lesotho the only resistance came from the captain Seutoali who took 3 for 14 in 5.
Zambia scored a mere 115 all out in their 40 overs, thanks to the bowling of Jussab Aziz with 3 for 27 in 6.4, but this proved enough as the Malawi team were 92 all out in 36 overs.
Tomorrow sees Namibia take on Zambia , Botswana face-up to Malawi and Lesotho and Mozambique do battle.
