Namibia continue their undefeated reign and go top of the table

Botswana and Namibia faced off today at the Wanderers Ground. Namibia won the toss and elected to bat and scored 291 in their 40 overs. Namibian batsman Rob de Koning fell one short of his century, by an excellent caught and bowled by Sabir Elyas, whilst Willem Groenewald scored a quick 62 off 60 and went on to take 4 for 26 in 7.3 earning him the Man of the Match award.
Botswana got off to a shaky start and never really recovered. At one stage they were 147 /7 and eventually found themselves all out for 166.
Zambia recorded another victory when there 301 in 40 was unchallenged by the Mozambique team who were all out for 16. Zambian Opener, Hasan, recorded his first century of the tournament and proved he was a worthy all -rounder when he scooped 3 wickets for 3 in 3 overs.
Malawi scored 170 in there 40 overs thanks to the batting of Dickson Matiya. Lesotho again had a disspointing time of it and only scored 59.
