Fullish length ball from over the wicket pitches on middle and swinging back in toward middle stump, McDermott doesn't get the feet moving and is late flicking to midwicket, big lbw appeal upheld. McDermott goes for the review. Ball-tracking shows this is knocking back a very fleshy part of leg stump. 12.3 to Shadab Khan, bullseye! Full pace delivery after a couple of slower balls and Shadab is late on this trying to flick through midwicket. The ball pings the base of middle stump.. 120/4 12.5 to JDS Neesham, slower ball yorker lands full on leg stump, Neesham is late playing over the top of this and misses off the pads, huge lbw shout denied as the ball caroms to point. Scorchers call for a review. Only doubt was whether it pitched in line with leg stump. If it did, Neesham was stone dead. Live it looked like it was pitching in line. Ball-tracking confirms the same and the decision is overturned. Richardson strikes twice in three balls with the yorker. 6.5 to MS Wade, six and out! Bouncer on fifth stump, tries to uppercut this over point and winds up skying the shot to the point sweeper. Good catch taken by Hobson crouching a few yards in from the rope.. 67/2 11.3 to DJM Short, short on the body, pulls this flat to Behrendorff to deep backward square leg and he takes a magnificent flat catch staring into the sun lunging a few yards in from the boundary rope. The ball was screaming in toward him fast and he covered 15 yards moving right before sliding to soften the catch and also keep from overrunning the ball as it was tailing against his run with the backspin/slice off the bat.. 110/3 | ||||||||||

Ellis gets into position on the rope running around 20 yards from deep backward square leg, steadies himself and tumbles backward to soften the take, holding on very well about five yards in from the rope.. 44/2 13.2 to AJ Turner, fullish length slower ball on off, Turner's timing is off skying this in the ring to mid-on. Faf was getting frustrated by the slight dot ball accumulation this over after a breezy start to the pacers and tries to back way away from his stumps to smash this over the off side. Dooley skids this on from a good length pitching on off and heads toward the top of middle, beating Faf's swipe across the line.. 44/1 5.6 to NR Hobson, good length ball skids past a flick and nails him on the pads in front of off stump. Huge lbw shout upheld. No thought to review this. It was stone dead. Would've ripped out middle.. 51/3 15.1 to JP Inglis, good length ball on fourth stump, shovels this high trying to clear long-off but can't time this well at all and the fielder Ali tracks to his left 20 yards and comes in 10 yards off the rope to latch on to a chest high catch.. 137/5 15.3 to AC Agar, good length ball dragged wider outside off and skids straight on from sixth stump to beat Agar charging out of his crease. 18.3 to AM Hardie, this time he does chip it back with enough energy to carry to Shadab! It was on the cards from the previous ball. Hardie looked totally uncomfortable dealing with the flight and turn. Shadab wisely continued to toss it up and Hardie's tentative flat-footed flick results in a leading edge to Shadab's right and he flings himself in front of Richardson at the non-striker's end to pull off a superb catch.. 156/7 | ||||||||||
