All witnesses have had their say in Warne anti-doping case

MELBOURNE - The Australian Cricket Board committee hearing the doping charge against Shane Warne is expected to retire to consider its verdict at around 5pm this afternoon.

All seven witnesses who have given evidence before the hearing have provided their testimony at ACB headquarters in Melbourne.

That means there's almost certain to be a resolution tonight.

ACB spokesman Peter Young said summing-up was about to begin and that's expected to take 90 minutes.

Then the three-person committee of Queensland judge Justice Glen Williams, former Test spinner Peter Taylor and medical expert Susan White will retire to consider their verdict.
