Nominations had been invited and the Executive thanks those members who had put their names forward. However, none were considered as having fully met all the criteria and so no appointment was made.

In order to maintain a panel of three and the Chairmanship of the Selection Committee, the Executive Committee is pleased to announce that Mr. Tony Turner has kindly agreed to act as a Selector and Chairman of Selectors from now until the next Executive Committee meeting.

Nominations will be reopened and the next Executive committee is scheduled to take place on June 26th 2008.

The Executive Committee also wished to place on record its thanks and appreciation to Mr Krish Kumar for his contributions to cricket in Hong Kong, particularly in his term as Chairman of Selectors.
