Barbados registered a comprehensive eight-wicket win against the Windward Islands at Arnos Vale, to put an end to their four-game losing streak. Barbados, who are at the bottom of the table, reached 16 points with this win. Beginning the day on 201 for 4, Windward were dismissed for 323 with assistance from Pedro Collins, who broke a 111-run partnership between Daren Sammy (85) and Junior Murray (55). He followed it up with the wicket of Liam Sebastien for a duck and the wickety of Rawl Lewis (2), the Windwards captain. Collins finished with 4 for 51 and Hinds 3 for 35. Chasing a small target of 69, Barbados lost three wickets with Dwayne Smith finishing the match in style with 33.

A century from David Bernard Jr put Jamaica back in the game on the 3rd day, against Leeward Islands at St.Maarten. Replying to Leeward's mammoth total of 510 for 9 declared, Bernard gathered 102 runs in 168 balls with 15 fours. He shared vital partnerships of 59, with Marlon Samuels (46), and 100 for the 8th wicket with Nikita Miller, who made 48. Donovan Pagon, who was unbeaten on 59 overnight, pushed his score to 84 before being dismissed by Omari Banks. Leewards bowled accurately throughout the day, and Kerry Jeremy was the pick of the bowlers with 5 for 77.

Trinidad and Tobago face an uphill task to avoid a huge defeat by the hands of Guyana at Albion. Set a massive target of 415 to with 16 overs and a day remaining, T&T were 46 for 2 at stumps. Guyana bundled them out for 205 and put themselves in a good position to force a win. Dwayne Bravo was the topscorer for T&T with 53 runs and Lennox Cush, the offspinner, picked career-best first-class figures of 4 for 57. Guyana decided not to enforce the follow on, and reached 169 for 5 in their second innings before declaring. Sewnarine Chattergoon, the opener, topscored with 47. T&T started their chase of 415 disastrously, losing both openers, including Darren Ganga, the captain, with the score on 1. T&T were not helped by the fact that several key players - Imran Khan, Rayad Emrit and Denesh Ramdin, the wicketkeeper - are all injured. T&T were left with an uphill task, needing to score 384 more to pull of an unlikely win, or bat the whole of the last day to stave off defeat.
