Zimbabwe's tour of Pakistan got off to a wobbly start when they were bowled out for 215 on the first day of their tour match against a Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman's XI at Sheikhupura. At the close of first day of the 90-overs-a-side game, the Chairman's XI were well placed on 62 for 0 after 11 overs.
It could have been worse for the Zimbabweans, who at one stage slumped to 119 for 7, Mohammad Irshad doing much of the damage with 4 for 56. But Elton Chigumbura - who scored a half-century and took three wickets against Sri Lanka in the Champions Trophy in England last week - made 81, including 14 fours, adding a vital 85 for the eighth wicket with Tawanda Mupariwa (26).
