Served on the old General committee from 1984, he was on the Executive committee and Club treasurer from 1986-1996. Trustee Hampshire CC Youth Trust and Trustee Hampshire Cricket. His playing days ranged from Surrey under 19s to hampshire over 50s.
He has lived in Hampshire since 1971. Represented Trojans 1972-1983 and Hampshire Hogs 1973-2000 where he is currently President.
