With Women's League and Premier League matches starting this weekend, team captains should familiarize themselves with the new rules and playing conditions being introduced for 2011-12 before the start of play.
The competition rules and playing conditions will also be available in the 2011-12 HKCA Handbook which will be published shortly and sent to all Clubs and teams, individual members and umpires etc.
