The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) provides opportunities for young people to participate in its sport throughout the country. As the national governing body, the ECB is fully committed to ensuring that it protects and safeguards young people from harm.
This is a new position and you will play a major role in assisting the ECB to fulfil its responsibility to safeguard young people within cricket. This will involve being the first point of contact for any referrals or disclosures and managing the Referral and Case Management processes.
Amongst other things, you must have:
- project/systems management experience
- very sound administrative skills and organising ability
- excellent communication skills
- an eye for detail and the ability to critically analyse information
- high levels of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality
