England have named an unchanged XI for the second Test against South Africa at Lord's, although Michael Vaughan will take over the reins following the resignation of Nasser Hussain. That means that the selectors have again resisted calls to reinstate Graham Thorpe.
Alec Stewart and Marcus Trescothick are both expected to play at Lord's despite the injuries they picked up during the draw Edgbaston Test.
England have named two players as injury cover. Sussex's James Kirtley will stand by in case any of the bowlers break down, and Robert Key as a reserve batsman.
England squad Marcus Trescothick, Michael Vaughan (capt), Mark Butcher, Nasser Hussain, Anthony McGrath, Alec Stewart (wk), Andrew Flintoff, Ashley Giles, Darren Gough, Steve Harmison, James Anderson
