Michael Clarke announced that he was ending his 11-year career in cricket after the fifth Investec Ashes Test at the Oval. A multiple World Cup winner, a multiple Ashes winner and the captain of the World's best Test team, Clarke has also been the subject of rifts in the Australian dressing room and been persecuted by the Australian public for his rockstar lifestyle in his early years.
