Ganga to miss Carib Beer XI match

ST. JOHN'S, Antigua, Apr.2, WICB: A leg injury has forced Trinidad & Tobago captain Daren Ganga to withdraw from the three-day match between the Carib Beer XI and Australia at Everest in Guyana, starting on Saturday.
Ganga injured a leg during the Carib Beer International Challenge semi-final between Barbados and Trinidad & Tobago that ended on Tuesday at Kensington Oval.
The WICB has been informed that Ganga has been ordered to rest for 10 days by the Trinidad & Tobago team doctor.
Compatriot Imran Jan comes into the final 11 for Ganga and Sylvester Joseph, a former Young West Indies captain, will lead the side.
Former West Indies off-spin bowler Clyde Butts has been named manager/coach.
