Peter Hartley's return to fitness is an important bonus, in particular for the Championship match on Friday at Taunton, as Alan Mullally is away on One-Day duty with England.

Apart from this one change, Hartley for Simon Francis, Hampshire retain the same team that were sadly beaten by Surrey in the NUNCL match last Tuesday:
