Conditions were warm and humid as the Hong Kong Under-19's looked to extend their good run in the Saturday Cup competition against HKU at Sandy Bay. Batting first, the Hong Kong Under-19's made the most of the conditions as they amassed 261-7 from their 35 overs with James Atkinson top scoring with 84 whilst Irfan Ahmed and Courtney Kruger also hit half-centuries. Tahir Khan tried his best to stem the run-flow by claiming five wickets but his nine overs came at a cost of ten runs apiece. Hussain Butt led the HKU reply, but when he was dismissed for 41, the stuffing was knocked out of the HKU batting and they could only managed a total of 143, with Irfan Ahmed and Shakeel claiming three wickets each.

A very similar result occured at the Police Training College ground where Tartars beat Police by 115 runs. Anoop Nainani scored 71 as Tartars racked up a score of 268 in the first innings, whilse Nasir Hameed claimed three wickets. Hameed also top scored for Police but they could only muster a total of 153 in reply. Aftab Ahmed claimed three wickets for Tartars.

Jawaid Iqbal claimed six wickets as LSW Warriors thumped Centaurs by 8 wickets at Mission Road. Batting first, Centaurs were dismissed for 117 with Iqbal claiming 6-20 whilst Munir Dar also chipped in with three wickets of his own. LSW Warriors made light work of the chase with Azhar Illahi scoring an unbeaten 85.

Saracens scored an equally impressive victory margin over CCC in a match played at Kowloon Cricket Club. CCC had Mark Eames to thank as he scored an unbeaten 93 in their total of 154-9 from their 35 overs. Amjad Mehmood claimed four wickets for Saracens. Half centuries from Ravi Sujanani (53) and Rahul Sharma (66 not out) saw Saracens ease to victory by eight wickets.
