HKCA 2013 Annual General Meeting and End of Season Awards 2012-13

[Update: 15.05.2013 - the deadline for submission of nominations for the 2013-14 Executive Committee has been extended to Monday, 27th May 2013.]

The Hong Kong Cricket Association (HKCA) is pleased to announce that the 2013 Annual General Meeting and 2012-13 End of Season Awards Dinner will be held at the Kowloon Cricket Club on Wednesday, 5th June 2013, starting at 7PM.

The Annual General Meeting will be followed by the 2012-13 End of Season Awards Dinner.

Members should note the following deadlines for submission of documents relating to the AGM and End of Season Awards Dinner:

• The deadline for nominations for the 2013-14 Executive Committee is 27th May 2013.
• The deadline for notification of Voting Representative Replacements is 3rd June 2013.
• Teams and/or individuals wishing to attend the End of Season Awards Dinner should submit their Booking Form to HKCA by 29th May 2013. The dinner cost is HK$320 per person.
