The following letter from WADA explains the latest amendments:

"Dear Members,

As you may already be aware, World Anti Doping Agency (WADA) have amended their Code to come into effect on 1 January 2009. Members are required to have an Anti-Doping Code or amend their existing Anti-Doping Code to reflect the changes in the WADA code by 1 January 2009 in order to remain WADA compliant.

Please find attached the WADA 2009 - Code amendment highlights which should assist you with amending your existing Anti-Doping Code.
