HKCA calls EGM to resolve the appointment of auditor for 2009

The Executive Committee of the HKCA is calling an Extraordinary General Meeting on 18th March 2010 at Kowloon Cricket Club at 7:00PM to resolve the appointment of an auditor for 2009.

At the 2009 AGM Messrs PWC were appointed but it has not been possible to reach agreement on the fee. Hence the Executive Committee proposes to rescind the 2009 decision and instead appoint Messrs KPMG with whom a more beneficial fee arrangement is possible. This requires the support of members at an EGM and this notice of the meeting is given with the statutory notice.
