HKCA outlines its Strategic Plan for Cricket in Hong Kong for 2009-2012

To All HKCA Members,

The following link will take you to the new one page Strategic Plan for Cricket in Hong Kong for 2009-2012. Whilst not a lot of the goals are new, the Strategic Plan does attempt to document the HKCA's goals and lay out some strategies for achieving them.

The Association will use this document to report back to you via the website on progress in relation to the goals.

I am sure there will be questions about our plan. Please use the feedback section below to post your questions and comments (you will need to register in order to post a comment/feedback). We will attempt to answer your queries on what is missing or alternatively why some of the goals are worded as they are.

Thank you for your ongoing commitment to cricket in Hong Kong. The Executive Committee will continue to work towards delivering the goals outlined in the strategic plan.
