As the January 16 deadline approaches for Hundred teams to finalise their retentions ahead of the inaugural auctions in March, the eight men's and women's outfits are scrambling to lock in their picks. Teams can pre-sign a maximum of four players. Of those, at least one must be a retention from last year's squad; at most two can be overseas players; and at most two can have held a central contract in either 2024-25 or 2025-26. The Hundred will run from July 21 to August 16.
