The following change has been made to the media arrangements for 26 April:

  • At 1630 on the beach at the rear of the Barbados Hilton, the captains of the two sides contesting the final, Ricky Ponting of Australia and Sri Lanka's Mahela Jayawardene, were supposed to be available for a vision-only opportunity (photos included) with the ICC Cricket World Cup trophy. This has now been changed to 1745 at the same venue.
