In Guyana, England takes on Ireland at the Guyana National Stadium. Play starts at 0930 and afterwards there will be media conferences involving both captains and the man of the match.
Also in Guyana, South Africa has opted not to train. From 1415 until approximately 1700, fielding coach Jonty Rhodes, team doctor Mohammed Moosajee and players Makhaya Ntini and AB de Villiers will be visiting the Dorothy Bailey Centre, South Road, Georgetown in connection with ICC's partnership with UNAIDS and UNICEF. Meanwhile, Sri Lanka is scheduled to train at Bourda Oval, Georgetown from 0900 until 1200. Afterwards, a player is expected to hold a media conference.
In Antigua, the West Indies squad will be traveling to Guyana and, as such, will not hold a training session and has no plans for a media conference. New Zealand's next game is on Monday and there will be a short, optional training session for the players at the Antigua Recreation Ground from 0900. Afterwards coach John Bracewell will hold a media conference.
Also in Antigua, Australia is scheduled to train at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium from 0900 until around 1115 ahead of its game against Bangladesh there on Saturday. Afterwards captain Ricky Ponting will hold a media conference. Bangladesh will train at the same venue from 1200 until 1430. Afterwards, captain Habibul Bashar will hold a media conference.
