The first game of the Super Eight stage takes place in Antigua today between the West Indies and Australia. The match gets underway at the Sir Vivian Richards Cricket Ground at 0930 and afterwards there will be media conferences involving both captains and the man of the match.
Also in Antigua, New Zealand will hold a practice session at Stanford Cricket Ground from 0900. At approximately 1100 captain Stephen Fleming will hold a media conference at the ground. Bangladesh is scheduled to train at the Antigua Recreation Ground from 0900 until 1200. Afterwards a player is expected to hold a media conference.
In Guyana, South Africa will hold a training session from 0900 until 1200 at the Guyana National Stadium. Prior to that, at 0845, Andrew Hall will hold a media conference. Also, at the National Stadium Sri Lanka will train from 1200 until around 1500. Before that, at 1145, coach Tom Moody and a senior player will hold a media conference at the same venue.
Also in Guyana, Ireland will train from 0900 until 1200 at Bourda Oval, Georgetown. Afterwards a player is expected to hold a media conference. Meanwhile, England will hold a practice session at Everest Cricket Club, Georgetown from 0900 until 1200. Before that Ravi Bopara will hold a media conference at 0815 at the team hotel, Le Meridien Pegasus.
