ICC to recruit Cricket Events Manager

The International Cricket Council is seeking to employ a world class events manager to play a major role in the staging of its major events including the ICC Knock-Out Tournament and the ICC Cricket World Cup. The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of delivering international events of the highest standard.

The successful applicant will require the following qualities:
* Experience in project or event management
* Ability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Motivated, enthusiastic attitude and able to work creatively on own initiative
* Appreciation of working with different cultures

The role will encompass the full spectrum of event management disciplines from initial planning to final delivery of a world class event. The ability to work closely with host nations and the ICC's commercial and broadcast partners are paramount and the successful candidate will be called upon to recruit a small event team.

The position will be based in Monaco; with ICC Development International Ltd and will report to the ICC's Commercial Manager.
