The previous time Mumbai had played in Jaipur, in 2008, they lost the match and the opportunity to make the semis - but Tendulkar made sure there would be no repeat, batting through for his fifth half-century, to offset the early inroads made by Watson, who snatched three wickets in his first two overs. Rajasthan slipped to their first defeat at this ground in their ninth game.
