Gilchrist's men achieved the fifth successive victory they needed for an unlikely semi-final berth. Symonds resurrected the Chargers' innings, then Chaminda Vaas used his vast experience, smartly changing the pace. Two of Rohit Sharma's three catches were blinders, and Delhi failed to recover.
