James to return to action next week

Steve James, who withdrew before the start of Glamorgan`s County Championship match with Hampshire at Cardiff should be able to return to action next week.

The Glamorgan captain, who had aggravated a knee injury, saw a specialist in Cardiff who drained his swollen knee, and James should be able to play in the two limited overs friendlies that Glamorgan have arranged next week against Nottinghamshire at Trent Bridge and Middlesex at Cardiff.
