Judge dismisses suit filed by Saleem Malik against PCB

The civil suit filed by Saleem Malik against PCB and others has been dismissed by Mr. Mohammad Azam, Civil Judge, 1st Class, Lahore observing that Mr. Saleem Malik has no cause of action against PCB as the fine and the ban from playing international as well domestic cricket was validly imposed. Mr. Asghar Haider, Legal Adviser of the PCB appeared on behalf of PCB.
