Premier Role in Cricket
The Kenya Cricket Association (KCA) is the national sporting organisation responsible for developing and managing the evolving structure of cricket at all levels throughout Kenya. In pursuit of excellence and continual improvement both on and off the field, the KCA has completed an independent review of their operations and now wish to appoint an exceptional candidate to lead their organisation into the future. This term appointment based in Nairobi provides a challenging opportunity to experience the rich heritage of the African subcontinent.

In addition, you will possess:
- An ability to negotiate, promote and communicate with a variety of stakeholders;
- An ability to project manage change management by building a stable organisational structure;
- A knowledge of cricket administration and development pathways;
- Skills in framing and implementing effective strategy and policy;
- Highest level presentation and communication skills;
- Proven ability to secure, maintain and service sponsors and business partners;
- Experience in facilities management would be highly regarded;
- Established ability to effectively liaise with the media and international cricket bodies;
- Extensive management experience in the sporting / not for profit sector;
- Understanding of the cultural aspects of the socio-political environment of Kenya.
- High level of IT skills; and
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, integrity, sensitivity and leadership.
