Kolkata Knight Riders will not play any matches at home between April 12 and April 25 following a request from the Kolkata Police, with the Kolkata Municipal Elections due to take place on April 18. As a result, the dates of three matches and timings of two other games have been changed.

Chennai Super Kings, who were originally to host Knight Riders at the MA Chidambaram Stadium on April 30, will now play them on April 28 instead. Knight Riders' home games against Super Kings and Delhi Daredevils, meanwhile, has been pushed back - they will face Super Kings on April 30 and Daredevils on May 7.

The change in fixtures also affects the timing of Rajasthan Royals' two games against Mumbai Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad, on April 14 and May 7. Their clash against Mumbai at Motera has been postponed to 8 PM, while the match against Sunrisers at the Brabourne Stadium has been advanced to 4 PM.
