Lancashire Academy Benefit

In the absence of a beneficiary for 2003, Lancashire County Cricket Club have decided to stage a fundraising year in favour of the Club's new Academy which opens its doors in September.

It is hoped that a Chairman of the Appeals Committee will be announced in the next few weeks, and that the members and supporters of the Club together with local business will give their wholehearted backing as they have for dozens of the previous beneficiaries in past years and help "do their bit" in developing the talented youngsters of the area and so help in the further progress of both Lancashire and International cricket.
