Teams returned to league action over the weekend following the conclusion of the round robin T20 tournaments, with Lod Rangers, Lions Lod and Sri Lanka Tel Aviv all scoring important victories in what is a very congested table.

In Friday's match in Lod, Rangers dished out a third league defeat of the season to Ra'anana, who seem a shadow of the side that won the league two seasons ago. Be'er Sheva remain firmly rooted to the bottom of the table, without a win after five matches, after losing by six wickets having scored 159, to Lions in Lod on Saturday. Sri Lanka Tel Aviv are the form team so far, defeating Neve Yonatan in Ashdod on Saturday by 84 runs having scored 258 batting first, now the only undefeated team in Division 1 so far this season having won their first three games.

The dates for the T20 finals have now been confirmed for Saturday August 25th, at Hadar Yosef. Lions Be'er Sheva play Young Sri Lanka in the Division 2 final, whilst its Sri Lanka Tel Aviv v Sri Lanka Jerusalem in the Division 1 final.
