Match schedule announced for ICC World Cup Qualifiers 2014

The ICC has announced the final groupings and match schedule for the ICC Word Cup Qualifier 2014 to be played in New Zealand during January 2014.

Hong Kong has been grouped together with UAE, Canada, Scotland and Nepal in Group A of the tournament while Netherlands, Kenya, Namibia, PNG and Uganda make up Group B.

Warm-up Matches:

• Jan. 10 - Hong Kong v. Kenya, Christ's College, Christchurch
• Jan. 11 - Hong Kong v. PNG, Burwood Park, Christchurch

Group Matches:

• Jan. 13 - Hong Kong v. Scotland, Queenstown
• Jan. 17 - Hong Kong v. Canada, Rangiora
• Jan. 19 - Hong Kong v. Nepal, Rangiora
• Jan. 23 - Hong Kong v. UAE, Queenstown

Depending on the outcome of group matches, Hong Kong's remaining matches in the tournament will either be played in Christchurch or at the North Island seaside town of Mt Maunganui.

The final 15-man squad for the tour will be announced before 8th December 2013.
