India have been the better of the two sides throughout the series and bet365 make them 4/6 (1.66) to win the match, with Sri Lanka 11/10.
The nature of the match, though, could bring out the best in Sri Lanka. When you simply have to win to stay alive, there is often a clarity of thinking and that could help them out this time.
However, on paper and in practice of late, India are the better side so it will take something pretty impressive from Sri Lanka to win. And if they are to win, then they will need a few more of their batsmen to stand up and be counted alongside the brilliant Kumar Sangakkara.
Sangakkara, who has been in superb form throughout the series, is the 5/2 favourite to be his side's top runscorer, just ahead of his captain Mahela Jayawardene, at 10/3.
Sanath Jayasuriya, who can still change a game in the space of a few overs, is 4/1, with Upul Tharanga 9/2 and Tillekeratne Dilshan 5/1. Chamara Silva and Dilruwan Perera are both 6/1 chances.
India's market is topped, as always, by Sachin Tendulkar, who is actually due a big score and what better time to produce than in Tuesday's game? Sachin is 3/1, with Gautam Gambhir, who is in excellent form, now second favourite at 4/1.
Virender Sehwag is 9/2, with Yuvraj Singh 5/1 and Rohit Sharma 6/1. Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the captain, is 13/2, with Dinesh Karthik 7/1 and Robin Uthappa, who played so well against Australia last time out, is 8/1.
India pushed Australia right to the limit and since Sri Lanka have to win both their remaining matches to qualify for the final, the odds are against them. India, though, are showing signs of fatigue, and I have a sneaking feeling that Sri Lanka will win this one to at least extend the series.
