Lancashire have signed seamer John Wood from Durham and batsman Ryan Driver from Worcestershire.
Thirty-year-old Yorkshire-born medium-pacer Wood signed a three-year contract following nine years with Durham while Driver, a left-hander, is to be at Old Trafford for two years.
The pair replace Nathan Wood, Paddy McKeown and Mark Harvey who were released at the end of last season.
After being released by Essex at the end of last season, Danny Law has moved to Durham after signing a two-year contract.
All rounder Law spent four years at Chelmsford moving from Sussex where he started his first-class career.
Durham's director of cricket Geoff Cook said: "Signing an all-rounder of Danny's age and experience gives our squad a better balance than it has had in the past."
