Indian Cricket Team To Visit Caribbean Next May
The Indian cricket team will play three one-day matches against the West Indies in Trinidad next May as part of celebrations marking the 150th anniversary of the arrival of Indians in the region.
Steve Camacho, chief executive officer of the West Indies Cricket Board of Control, said the matches will be played on May 4th, 5th and 7th next year.
Sunil Gavaskar, who holds the record for the highest number of test centuries, as well as Vijay Hazare, captain of the first Indian team to visit the Caribbean, were reported to be among the invitees.

Unexpected recall for Priest
Canterbury left arm spinning allrounder Mark Priest has been recalled to the New Zealand Cricket team in South Africa to cover for the injured Matthew Hart. Priest is scheduled to return after the preliminary matches of the Mandela Trophy. Priest last played for New Zealand in 1990. In the latest round of Shell Cup games Priest was run out for 0, and took 3-36 in 10 overs.
