There was never any chance of play on the second day of the South Zone under-22 match between Kerala and Andhra at Kakinada on Friday. Cyclonic rains caused damage to the wicket and the outfield and umpires KG Lakshminarayan and S Balachandran, after several inspections, called off play. Rain had ruled out play on the opening day on Thursday.
