Ntini's exit, and how to exit World T20s
Five exhilarating moments from the eight India-South Africa T20 internationals played so for

2007: Unbeaten South Africa slip up at their own party
A World T20 group match between the two sides and only one went through to the semi-finals. Choosing to bat, India were propelled to 153 for 5 by Rohit Sharma and MS Dhoni after a top-order stutter. South Africa needed only 126 to seal a semi-final spot and eliminate New Zealand. Unbeaten until then, South Africa were taken by surprise by the left-arm pace of RP Singh. Openers Herschelle Gibbs and Graeme Smith were removed in his first over, and Shaun Pollock four overs later. South Africa still had a chance when they were guided to 100 for 5 by Mark Boucher and Albie Morkel but the big-match pressure got to them and they were ejected from the tournament.
2010: Raina's sizzling century
Suresh Raina has played much of his international cricket in the middle order, but in the the 2010 World T20 he walked out at No. 3 in the first over after M Vijay was bowled. He struggled at first against short-pitched bowling, before producing some jittery mis-hits to overcome it. On a slow and big outfield India were only 43 after eight overs, with Raina on 19, before the acceleration came from Raina and Yuvraj Singh. Raina particularly went after Rory Kleinveldt to clobber 33 from 11 and amassed 82 runs from the last 38 balls he faced to race to what was only the third T20 international century.
2011: The grand Ntini farewell
Leaking 46 runs in four overs is not the kind of farewell anyone would have wanted but so it was for fast bowler Makhaya Ntini, and he will still have pleasant memories of his final game. Though India's batsmen hammered him for plenty of runs, the entire crowd at the football ground - Moses Mabhida Stadium - stood up when Ntini finished his quota for a long, long ovation. An emotional Nitni kissed his jersey, waved to acknowledge the crowd and bowed out of international cricket with a trademark beaming smile. The moment highlighted how much Ntini meant to his country.
2012: This time India miss out
What's a limited-overs match featuring South Africa without some qualification drama thrown in? Only this time, their opponents were at the unhappy end of things. In the 2012 World T20 in Sri Lanka, South Africa had already been knocked out and India needed to restrict them to 121 to stay alive in the tournament after posting 152 for 6. Faf du Plessis led with a 38-ball 65 after a top-order stutter but no other batsman scored even 20. By the time du Plessis was dismissed, India's chances had nearly vanished, and though India took out the final five wickets for 24 runs, it wasn't enough to prevent elimination.
2014: Ashwin's carrom ball to Amla
Another World T20 and this time R Ashwin produced such an unplayable delivery to one of the finest players of spin that it was instantly dubbed as T20's answer to Shane Warne's ball of the century to Mike Gatting. Despite losing Quinton de Kock in the first over, Amla had kept the run rate close to nine and MS Dhoni brought on Ashwin in the sixth over. Ashwin came round the wicket and started with a wide down the leg side, maybe only to fox Amla. Because the next delivery also pitched outside the leg stump, and when Amla played accordingly, the ball not only turned towards the off stump, it spun more than he expected, leaving his feet cemented in the crease and bat in front of leg stump. The ball, meanwhile, crashed into off.
