Rayudu to lead under-19 team against Sri Lanka A

Ambati Rayudu has been chosen to captain the Indian under-19 team which will take on Sri Lanka A in a three-day match at Rajkot from November 18. The 15-man squad includes opening batsman Robin Utappa and left-arm medium-pace bowler Irfan Pathan, both of whom performed superbly in the recent under-19 Asia Cup in Pakistan.

The game against India under-19 is part of a three-week tour by the Sri Lanka A team, which includes three four-day matches against India A. The first of those matches will start from November 23, at Ahmedabad.
