Snape named West Country Cricketer of the Year

Jeremy Snape was selected last night as the BBC West Country Sports Cricketer of the Year. Jeremy has had an excellent season scoring a total of 4 centuries in all cricket and capping his year with selection and subsequently excellent performances for England versus Zimbabwe one-day series.

In a night dominated by cricket, Somerset picked up Team Award and Marcus Trescothick the Sportsman of the Year.
