Yorkshire's Richard Stemp must appear before a disciplinary panel on the day England meet for next week's third Test. The spinner who was 12th man for the first two Tests has been asked to answer a misconduct charge over an incident against Somerset. If he is found guilty he could face a four day ban and England may consider this when naming the squad Yorkshire had hoped to deal with it themselves. "If the TCCB want to take it upon themselves it's up to them," said their chief executive.
