Mughal, a first-class allrounder who also coached in Lahore, died in January after being diagnosed with cancer.
Later in the match, Tahir and Carlos Brathwaite joined in 22-year-old fast bowler Shahnawaz Dhani in his "hang loose" wicket celebration.
