The decision to scrap telegrams in India has had several getting nostalgic about the mode of communication. Former India players recall some of the most memorable messages they had received in the past - like when Bishen Bedi was congratulated by Indira Gandhi; when GR Viswanath got one from Bollywood star Raj Kapoor; when the Queen opened a telegram and told Farokh Engineer the good news of his daughter's birth.
