Transvaal gain seamer Veenstra from Natal

Natal left-arm seamer Ross Veenstra will be available for Transvaal next summer. Veenstra, who began his first-class career in the Eastern Province, is to join Vaal Technikon, who move up to the Transvaal Premier League next season. He will spend his winter playing Lancashire League cricket and is expected in the Transvaal at the beginning of September.

In a bid to establish themselves as a force in Transvaal League cricket, Technikon have also enrolled formed South African Schools players Malan Morkel and Morgan Mfobo, and James Henderson from Boland.
